Jessica Hill has worked at the University of Arizona since 2007 and currently the Associate Director of Leadership Programs. She received her M.A. in Higher Education Student Affairs Administration from Ball State University and a B.A from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Jessica has been working in student development and leadership education since 2005 in residential education and more recently in leadership development. Additionally, Jessica has worked at the University of Arizona since 2007 and has years of experience teaching, facilitating, advising, and conference planning.
As part of her role in Leadership Programs, Jessica works with Blue Chip Leadership: The First Year Experience, and oversees the development of current and new programmatic initiatives within Leadership Programs. In her professioanl career, Jessica has presented at the Association of College and University Housing Officers – International (2009) and the Association of Intermountain Housing Officers (2008-2012) focusing on understanding online communities and communication, as well as best practices in program design.
In her life outside of Leadership Programs, Jessica is a company member and instructor with the Tucson Improv Movement, enjoys reading, and exploring all of Tucson’s quirky restaurants and attractions.
