Registration

Registration for NCLC 2017 will open on October 31st. To register for the conference, please go to the NCLC 2017 Conference Registration Form.

Waiver for 2017 Conference:  You will need to bring a signed copy of this waiver with you when you attend the conference. We will have some copies available at check-in, but you will help expedite the process by bringing a completed form with you. If you are under the age of 18, you MUST bring a signed copy of this waiver with you to the conference. Print Waiver Form HERE.

Cost of Registration


Group Registration: $80 per person
​October 31st, 2016 to January 19th, 2017

Regular Registration: $85 per person
October 31st, 2016 to January 19th, 2017

Late Registration: $95 per person - Does Not Include T-Shirt!
January 20th, 2016 to February 2nd, 2017

Please note that unless you register with a credit card, your registration is NOT complete until we have received your payment. If capacity is reached prior to payment being received, your registration may be canceled to open spaces for other registrants.

  • Keynote Banquet
  • Opening Speaker
  • Service Projects
  • Awards Ceremony
  • Leadership Certificates - if in Attendance at Awards Ceremony
  • Conference Materials - includes Conference Book & Nametag
  • T-shirts - Early & Regular Registrants Only

Fee Waiver: If you receive an approved fee waiver, you will be asked to register for the conference on a separate registration form

Group Registration:
You may register up to 10 people at once. If you need to register more than ten people, you will need to complete the form multiple times.

To register a group you will need the following delegate information:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • T-shirt Size
  • Age - At Time of Conference
  • Status - Undergraduate, Graduate, Professional Staff, Faculty, Other
  • Dietary Restrictions - Allergies, Vegetarian, Kosher, etc.
  • Accessibility Accommodations 

Methods of Payment for Participants from the University of Arizona 


The following methods of payment can only be used if you are a UA Department, Club, Organization, or Student. See below for specific details in regard to each method of payment.

Internal Billing -  UA Departments, Clubs, or Organizations:
University of Arizona departments can pay registration costs using Internal Billing by providing the appropriate account number and sub-account number.

Other Methods of Payment


The following methods of payment are acceptable for all other particpants, including participants from the University of Arizona. See below for specific details in regards to each method of payment.

Check:
Must be made payable to The University of Arizona and will only be accepted for early and regular registration.
